We can carry out this service either over the phone or in person, face to face. If you are at all nervous or rusty in terms of your interview technique then this is the service for you. We will run through a series of questions with you, listen to your answers and give you feedback in writing


We can also record the conversation and let you have the transcript on a cd (or DVD) if you wanted to have a record of the interview on video.

As much as people generally dislike seeing themselves or hearing themselves, there really is nothing like knowing exactly what the person on the other end of your communication actually sees or hears 

The price for telephone interview training is £179 which includes a written feedback report as well as a CD or mp3 of the session (if required) 

We will also include a copy of the book “201 Knockout Answers to Tough Interview Questions: The Ultimate Guide to Handling the New Competency-Based Interview Style” by Linda Matias, one of our favourite books on this tricky subject.
